4. Invoice Issuance
The Hubei Zhongke Natural Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. is responsible for collecting fees for this conference and issuing invoices as reimbursement vouchers. All participants are required to fill in the invoice information in the conference system or scan the WeChat code at the conference registration desk. The conference invoice will be sent to the email address filled in during registration within one week after the payment is made.5.
